Mindful Movement for Living Well

Welcome, I am Lisa. I have been a movement teacher for over 7 years, originally in yoga but then transitioned into other systems of embodied movement – somatics, strength and conditioning and Feldenkrais.

I draw on an intelligent approach to movement and so focus on tools for building confidence with movement. I love helping people build strength, move with more ease, and discover how adaptable and resilient their body really is.

Classes with me are based around solid clear instruction, empathy, exploration, a healthy dose of play and finding movement efficiency. Students are invited to progress at their own pace, and classes always finish with a calm relaxation practice.

I am based in Hampshire, in the UK where I run my classes in an informal atmosphere.
